fallen angle is one of the best movie of karwai wong. in the film there is a conservative killer and a creative mute.  the mute opens up other people's stores in night to do his own business. his philosophy is closed stores should be used, or that would be a shame for those stores' physical existences; and people's do want ice-cream or fresh meet in mid-night sometimes.




in some respects designing a park on streets is like talking open other people's store in night. both of them are not about getting authority. they envision possibilities of re-distribution resource.
